Life after Midsummer

We had the Midsummer this weekend, Juhannus in Finnish. To get more info about it, check my old Midsummer posts or from Wikipedia.

Since we are in Finland, it quite often includes milder or heavier consumption of alcohol. If you are among the heavy consumers, you might want to check the tips to cure yourself - the 9 tips are in Finnish so I'll give you a short briefing;

  1. Drink a lot of water
  2. Get your blood sugar level up
  3. Take a pain killer - medicine...
  4. Drink coffee, not the de-caf stuff but the real thing
  5. Sweat mildly
  6. Get some fresh air
  7. Take a shower
  8. Go to bed
  9. Take vitamin B
